I <br /> Hazardous waste operations start when the facility <br /> accepts used oil from local generators. Each incoming <br /> used oil load will be analyzed for Polychlorinated <br /> specific gravity, ater conten't�, <br /> total halogens , <br /> result O'f <br /> biphenyls (PCB) cont nt, a the f l f aci l ityashoint. ki lla determine <br /> the sampling analysis, <br /> whether or not the incoming materials can be processed at <br /> the plant. <br /> When the incoming used oil load is accepted, the waste <br /> will be discharged into one of the three which oncluden <br /> ister filter unit ( <br /> storage .tanks via a canthe used <br /> eight mesh filter media) .
