Falcon Energy Agricultural Biomass Processing <br /> And Waste Oil Recovery Facility Project <br /> PROPOSED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> RELATED TO WASTE OIL RECOVERY <br /> 1 . Vapors from the heated oil processing tanks shall be ducted <br /> via a steam eductor to the dryer primary air . <br /> 2 . Continuous stack off-gas analysis shall be performed for <br /> dioxin, chloride, nitrogen oxide , sulfur dioxide and carbon <br /> monoxide levels . <br /> 3 . Dust counts on the stack off-gas shall be conducted on a <br /> monthly basis by an independent certified laboratory . <br /> Laboratory analysis shall be performed on the composition <br /> of the dust to determine lead and chromium levels . <br /> wa.;fc o,t geheraf�� <br /> 4 . Waste oil ccllection shall be limited towithinSan <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> 5 . The total volume of waste oil collected shall not exceed <br /> gallons per year . <br /> 6 . Waste oil shall be within the specifications of AB 86 . <br /> 7 . Sludge waste removal and/or disposal shall comply with all <br /> local , state and federal regulations . <br /> 8 . All vehicles involved with the waste oil process shall be <br /> restricted to daylight operations . <br /> 9 . The waste oil recovery area shall be designed to contain <br /> the total capacity of the oil storage tanks within a bermed <br /> impermeable barrier . <br /> 10 . Waste oil shall not be added to the biomass briquettes . <br />
