The facility will be located a <br /> 6540 South Austin Road in San Joaquin County near the city o <br /> Stockton. <br /> The facility will operate a used oil recycling plant the <br /> employs physical separation processes to recycle used oil int <br /> fuel oil products. Used oil is defined in Section 25250 0 <br /> the California health and Safety Code as: i <br /> 16 Anv oil that has been refined from crude 'oil and, has <br /> . <br /> been used, and, as a result of use, has been contaminate4 <br /> with physical or chemical impurities. <br /> 2, Any ci 1 that has been refined from crude oil and, as a <br /> corsecuence o-C extended storage, spillace , o* <br /> contaminaticn with nonhazardous wastes impurities such as <br /> dirt and water, is no longer useful to the eriginal <br /> purchaser. <br /> Scent 'utricat' ng fluids which have been removed from an <br /> engine�crarJccase, transmission, Gearbox, or differentiCl <br /> Of an aut:,mobile, bus , truck, vessel, plane, heavy <br /> equipment, cr machinery powered by an internal combustiCn <br /> engine. <br /> 4 .
