Used oil that contains more than 1000 ppm o <br /> chlorides. <br /> 5. Used oil that has been intentionally mixed wit <br /> 'N other hazardous wastes, other than minimal amount <br /> of vehicle fuel . <br /> II. Explanation of Draft Permit Conditions <br /> The application, Operation Plan, and supplementa <br /> documents have been reviewed and found to be complete' <br /> All conditions and terms of the permit are required unde <br /> Chapter 6.5, Division 20 of H&SC and Chapter 30 , Titl <br /> 22 of the California Code of Regulations. <br /> The General Conditions, Section II, are standar <br /> conditions including terminologies, effect of permit, and <br /> general responsibilities of the operator. <br /> Special Condition, Section III , Item A, provide <br /> requirements for disposal of wastes. Item B provide <br /> requirements for wastes prohibited at the facility. Ite <br /> C provides requirements for storage of wastes in tanks. <br /> Items D provides requirements for the recycling of <br /> wastes. Item E provides requirements for management f <br /> ignitable, reactive, or incompatible wastes. Item F <br /> provides requirements for operation at night, Item G <br /> provides requirements for manifest systems. Item H <br /> provides requirements for the analysis of wastes. Item I <br /> provides requirements for security. Item J provides <br /> requirements for inspection of the site. Item K provides <br /> requirements for personnel training.
