Currently the District considers a fuel sulfur content of .25% (not .02501) <br /> as Best Available Control Technology. All waste lubricants received at the facility shall comply with the <br /> requirements for recycled oil set forth in the Health and Safety Code Sectio <br /> 25250.1. <br /> 4. No waste oil shall be combusted which i.s classified as a hazardous waste <br /> by the State of California under Section 25250 of Article 13 of Chapter 20 0 <br /> the Health and Safety code. <br /> 5. Falcon shall not accept any waste lubricant as a fuel which has <br /> concentration in excess of the following: <br /> Arsenic 5 ppm <br /> Chromium 10 ppm <br /> Cadmium 2 ppm <br /> Lead 100 ppm <br /> Chloride 3000 ppm <br /> Benzene 77 ppm <br /> Benzo (a) Pyrene 12 ppm <br />
