These con- <br /> ditions have been proposed by the Local Assessment Committee; by <br /> Dames and Moore (D & M ) , consultant; or were listed as mitigation <br /> measures in the Draft Environmental Impact Report ( EIR) . <br /> The Local Assessment Committee and the project proponent have <br /> scheduled negotiation sessions for this Thursday (June 15 ) and <br /> Friday (June 16 ) to determine a final list of proposed conditio s. <br /> We are in need of your immediate review of the conditions attrib- <br /> uted to your agency. In your review, please evaluate the condi- <br /> tions based on the following: <br /> 1 . Whether or not the proposed condition is appropriate. <br /> 2 . Whether or not your agency is responsible for administer- <br /> ing the condition. <br />
