AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL GX-90-5 PAGE THREE d. The final average elevation on Site B shall be no less tha 46. 9 feet. e. All private roads involved in the excavation shall be maintained so as to control the creation of dust. f. Excavation operations shall not be carried out during the hours from 9 : 00 p.m. through 5 : 00 a.m. g. Any night lighting established on the property shall be arranged and controlled to not illuminate public rights-of- way or adjacent properties. h. A written notification of the work schedule shall be providd to the County by the applicant prior to any grading r excavation. The excavation and rehabilitation shall e completed by August 13 , 1992 . If the excavation does n t commence within 18 months after the date of approval, the permit is terminated. i. To ensure that the excavation is completed in conformance wi h the approved permit, the applicant shall secure a performan e bond or other financial security sufficient to cover the cot of rehabilitation of the site for agricultural use. The fo m of the bond or other financial security shall be fou d acceptable by County Counsel. As an alternative, the operator shall stockpile on the property all material to be removd from the site pending acceptance of the certification ;f compliance by the Zoning Administrator. Stockpiled material shall be set back at least 25-feet from any property line. j . At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor compae the excavation' s final elevations with the approved permi . The engineer or surveyor shall submit a certified, writt n finding to the Planning Division which states and documen;s the compliance or non-compliance of the excavation with the approved permit.
