If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be <br /> in accordance with instructions from the Agricultural <br /> Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224. {h}) <br /> h. A written notification of work schedules shall be <br /> provided to the Development Services Division prior to <br /> any grading or excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 2224 . {j}) <br /> i. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall <br /> have a Registered Civil Engineer or Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with <br /> the approved permit. The engineer or surveyor shall <br /> submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the <br /> compliance or non-compliance of the excavation with the <br /> approved permit. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{k}) <br /> j . Secure a performance bond or other financial security <br /> sufficient to cover the cost of rehabilitation of the <br /> site for agricultural use. The form of the bond shall <br /> be found acceptable by County Counsel. (Planning Titl <br /> Section 9-2224. 1m}121) <br /> k. Any night lighting established on the property shall b <br /> arranged and controlled so as not to illuminate public ' <br /> rights-of-way or adjacent properties. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-2224{d}) <br /> 1. The excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed <br /> before June 8, 1994 . If the excavation does not <br /> commence within eighteen (18) months of the date of <br /> approval, the permit shall lapse and become void. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224. 111) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: f <br /> a. Provide an approved potable water supply and sanitary <br /> facilities for all employees. (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-2224. {i}) <br /> b. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br />
