Cherokee Lane#1, Lodi <br /> Inspector Cacapit: <br /> In response to your hazardous waste inspection report dated 7/13/12 (copy attached),the <br /> following documents and/or comments are attached: <br /> 1. Item#122. The "DESIGNATED FACILITY TO GENERATOR"copy of <br /> Manifest#004660723 FLE is attached. <br /> 2. Item#123. Negated by response to Item#122 above. <br /> 3. Item#124. Negated by response to Item#122 above. <br /> 4. Item#605. Quik Stop's District Advisor has been notified to write <br /> "LIQUID" on the HW Label of the drum currently marked"Gasoline with <br /> Water/Flammable",provided the drum is not picked up for disposal first. <br /> 5. Item#701. Assuming that the 11/14/11 accumulation start date is correct, <br /> this HW has been on site for 242 days through the date of inspection. Two <br /> hundred seventy(270) days are allowed for wastes transported more than <br /> 200 miles for disposal/treatment. Hazardous waste solids are transported <br /> to US Ecology at Beatty,Nevada, over 200 miles distant. See attached <br /> map and"Accumulation Time Limit Summary". At any rate, the "solids" <br /> drum will be picked up before the 270-day time limit is reached. <br /> 6. Return to Compliance Certification is also attached. <br />
