MAY BE COOKING FOR A <br /> RESTAURANT. RECEIVING LARGE AMOUNTS OF SUPPLIES BI-WEEKLY FROM A DISTRIBUTION TRUCK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Wen to to the address and spoke with the owner of the house. He has a food truck called Los Compadres which is parked at <br /> 2900 E Harding way. He stated they receive paper products for the their business. He admitted to cutting vegetables in the <br /> garage for their business but stated that they cook in the truck. <br /> There were sodas, bags of onions and paper products being stored in the garage. <br /> All preparation and storage of food must be done in the truck or at the commissary. The owner must correct violations today. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
