Mr. Russell F. Chapin, Sr.
November 15, 1995
Page 6
BUDGET AND SCHEDULE
Work will begin on the project as soon as possible after acceptance of this work plan by
San Joaquin County and authorization to proceed is given by the site owners. Initial work will
include acquiring permits to construct the required groundwater monitoring and vapor extraction
wells, sample collection and analysis, and design and permitting of the remedial system. These
items are expected to require as little as three weeks to as much as 2 months to complete. The
system will be installed and operated as soon as possible after receipt of permission to construct
the unit. The internal combustion engine unit is expected to be used for at least 6 months, but is
not judged likely to be cost effective beyond one year.
Thank you for this opportunity to be of service to you.
Sincerely,
LUSH GEOSCIENCES
°
Andrew P.
