The <br /> following parties participated in the meeting: <br /> • Mr. Harlin Knoll,Mr. Nuel Henderson,Ms. Margaret Lagorio, San Joaquin Environmental <br /> Health Department <br /> • Mr. Bill Little, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) consultant for responsible <br /> party/property owner <br /> • Mr. Brian Newman, Mr. James Barton Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central <br /> Valley Region <br /> The following items were discussed during the 15 October 2003 meeting: <br /> 1. The ground water pump-and-treat system continuously operated at the site for one and one- <br /> half years. Over this time period,approximately 3 million gallons of impacted ground water <br /> have been treated. Cumulative totals of benzene and TPH-g are were also discussed at the <br /> meeting. <br /> 2. Contaminant concentrations have been reduced when compared to pre-remediation levels, <br /> at most impacted ground water monitoring wells. <br /> 3. The disposition of the remaining soil contamination under the building at the site was <br /> discussed. It was generally agreed that remaining soil was the source of residual <br /> contamination documented in the extraction well water samples.
