Earhart Ave., Suite 300 <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Also include the phone number of the State OES. <br />Change title of Emergency Contacts to Emergency Coordinator. <br />Update the Hazardous Waste Training Requirements, refer to the following section66264.16 Personel Training <br />from Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations for what needs to be included in the training records of 1090 S <br />Cherokee Ln facility. <br />§66264.16. Personnel Training. <br />(a)(1) Facility personnel shall successfully complete a program of classroom instruction or on- <br />the-job training <br />that teaches them to perform their duties in a way that ensures the facility's compliance with <br />the requirements of this <br />chapter. The owner or operator shall ensure that this program includes all the elements <br />described in the document <br />required under subsection (d)(3) of this section. <br />(2) This program shall be directed by a person trained in hazardous waste management <br />procedures, and <br />shall include instruction which teaches facility personnel hazardous waste management <br />procedures (including <br />contingency plan implementation) relevant to the positions in which they are employed. <br />(3) At a minimum, the training program shall be designed to ensure that facility personnel are <br />able to <br />10/9/2008 <br />
