There were no <br /> violations or areas of concern for this inspection. I have also attached a CalRecycle 204 form to this email. This is the <br /> form that should be used when hauling tires. Note that for your circumstance,the purpose of this form is for you to <br /> document the hauling of waste tires in order to meet the new recordkeeping requirements. Do not submit the form to <br /> CalRecycle as it states on the bottom of the form.
