Gloves <br /> and boots will be decontaminated In .a 5% solution of trisodIum <br /> phosphate and rinsed with water which will be disposed of on- <br /> site. Respirator cartridges, per-filters, inner gloves and <br /> coveralls will be placed in a drum on-site for disposal. No one <br /> will exit the site with contaminated clothing or equipment. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> - The potential exists for fire, explosion or toxic material <br /> release during on-site activities. Prior to commencement of any <br />` activities, personnel will have available telephone numbers and <br /> contacts for emergency response asslztance including: <br /> U Ambulance <br /> a Eire Department <br /> " Q Hospital <br /> o Poison Control Canter <br /> U Community Evacuation Contact <br /> Emergency equipment on-site will include: <br /> w o Portable eyewash bottles <br /> O A dry chemical fire extinguisher <br /> o Industrial first aid frit <br /> SITE SECURITY <br /> Access during all on-site activities will be restricted to <br /> authorized personnel.
