On March 16, 2011, the case was presented and heard <br />at the San Joaquin County Board of Housing Appeals meeting. As a result of that <br />meeting, Resolution R 11-11 was passed outlining a compliance schedule for resolving <br />the violations. <br />Please be advised that the compliance deadlines indicated in the Resolution have <br />passed and, as of this date, remaining violations have not yet been corrected. <br />In accordance with the Resolution, the Environmental Health Department will proceed <br />with the appropriate action necessary to resolve these violations. Therefore, within <br />thirty (30) days from the date of receiving this letter, take all corrective actions <br />necessary to correct the substandard conditions.
