General dilapidation or improper maintenance. Cabin # 3 front windows are still boarded. All <br />windows shall be maintained in good repair and operable at all times. Remove boards and replace <br />broken windows immediately. Please be advised that a building permit is required to change the window <br />size or once the window seal is broken. <br />26. Deteriorated or ineffective waterproofing of exterior walls, including broken windows or doors, or lack <br />of protective covering or paint. Cabin # 3 front windows are boarded. Remove boards and replace <br />broken window immediately. <br />Cabin # 1 and Cabin # 2 front exterior walls have been re -painted. However, cabin # 2 south exterior <br />wall still lacks protective covering or paint. Apply protective covering or paint to all sides of cabin's <br />exterior wall. <br />32. Inadequate exits. Cabin # 3 front windows are boarded. Window(s) may be used as an <br />ingress/egress in emergency situations. Remove boards and replace broken window immediately. <br />NOTE: <br />S/O marked vehicle parked in front of cabin # 3. No photos taken from Cabin # 3 (north side) at time of <br />visit.
