Please be advised that the following issut s have been addressed: <br />A 5 quart container of used motor oil adjacent to the two 55 gallon drums of hazardous <br />waste located outdoors within the enclosed gated fence have been removed. Container <br />was abandoned on his property. Per Jamil, he will take it to a used oil collection facility. <br />We confirmed with our franchisee that the container of used motor oil was removed on <br />August 24, 2010 and was taken to an auto parts store to be disposed of properly. <br />One 55 gallon drum of liquid hazardous waste has an initial start accumulation date of <br />02/2010. All hazardous waste can be stored onsite for up to 180 days=6 months. Ensure <br />the container is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste hauler and retain a copy of the <br />uniform hazardous waste manifest onsite for a minimum of 3 years. Our franchisee <br />confirmed that the drum is less than half full and that once it is half full it will be hauled by a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler within 180 days=6 months. <br />The monitoring and response plans on site are not current and no approved by the EHD. <br />Monitoring Plan signed January 15, 2010 by Jennifer Marinas, PB Environmental <br />Compliance Specialist, lists incorrect models for the leak sensors: annular space, piping <br />sumps, under dispenser containment. No Red Jacket line leak detector onsite. The <br />monitoring and response plans must be current and approved by the EHD. Complete and <br />submit a copy of the monitoring and response plans for approval by the EHD by. An <br />approved copy will be returned for your records. The monitoring and response plan was <br />updated on April 8, 2010 and was submitted to your agency on April 9, 2010. A copy was <br />left onsite by the Designated Operator on September 16, 2010 and a copy is attached for your <br />review and records.
