According to Jesse Chadda, for cost saving <br />purposes, fuel filters are being transfered to another facility owned by this business (located at 1100 S Main Street, <br />Manteca) for consolidation and disposal. A copy of each bill of lading for filter transportation must be kept on site for at <br />least three years. Immediately begin this practice for when filters are transfered, and maintain them on site, and <br />submit proof of correction to the END. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />A checklist of findings was left onsite at the time of inspection, the complete report was mailed to the facility on <br />June 17, 2015. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, 30 days from receipt of the complete report. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br />your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />NOTE 1: An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least <br />one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br />information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br />extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br />unless the facility has a direct alarm. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose and was filled out at the <br />time of inspection. <br />NOTE 2: The new owner, Jesse & Kul Petroleum, Inc, took over this facility on October 24, 2014. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Received By <br />(signature): (k 02.44 .
