Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Mario Biscaia (Auto Shop Coordinator). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate was available for review during the inspection. <br /> 3.) No waste tires observed on site. <br /> 4.) No activity observed on WTMS. Receipts from "Brannon Tires"were on site for review. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility does not stored its waste tires at this location. "Brannon Tires"removed the waste tires the same day <br /> services are done. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to Mario.biscaia@simplot.com. <br />
