All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Did not observe any release of water and oil to ground. Observed two empty tubs which owner does use occasionally to <br />clean hood filters and the liquid generated is disposed to grease settling tank (with sanitary sewer lid) next to store according <br />to manager. Manager has to call AAA Septic to pump out tank about once 2 months. Remind owner to dispose liquid more <br />frequently, and use plastic fitting lid cover to prevent over fill (i.e. when it rains) <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
