EI Camino Tire, a waste tire hauler, seeking one thousand dollars ($1,000). <br /> 23 Section 42962 of the Public Resources Code (PRC) authorizes the CIWMB to <br /> 24 administratively impose penalties according to the penalty schedule established by Title <br /> 25 14, section 18464 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) for violations of any <br /> 26 provision of PRC sections 42950 et. seq.
