Complaint and found it to be accurate. <br /> The Statement of Facts could be expanded to include violations we issued at the 48 E Charter Way store. <br /> A routine inspection at the EI Camino Tire store, 48 E Charter Way, Stockton, was done on Jan 15, 04 and no manifest <br /> records could be produced. The inspection report noted violations for 14 CCR 18462(a) and (b). A reinspection was done <br /> on Feb 5, 04 and violations were written for 14 CCR 18462 and 14 CCR 18459.1.
