(2) the date upon which each period of accumulation begins is clearly marked and visible for <br />inspection on each container; and <br />(3) the generator complies with the requirements of subsection (f) of this section; and <br />(4) the generator complies with the requirements for owners or operators in articles 3 and 4 of <br />chapter 15 of this division and with section 66265.16, and with section 66268.7(a)(5). <br />Obtain a permit from DTSC to store hazardous waste longer than 90 days or have all <br />hazardous waste stored longer than 90 days removed by a hazardous waste hauler <br />and provide copies of all manifests to this office by June 3, 2016. <br />Violation 605, CCR 66262.34(fl. Failed to completely label containers or tanks of <br />hazardous waste in the following areas: <br />West <br />• Three 30 gallon metal drums of unknown hazardous waste <br />• One 55 gallon drum labeled "undercoating" with a faded hazardous waste label. <br />• One 55 gallon drum of aerosol can processing waste <br />• Multitude of pallets near the entrance on both the east and west sides held hazardous <br />materials in 5 gallon buckets and 55 gallon drums. The buckets were single, double and <br />triple stacked. Some were wrapped in shrink wrap. All of these materials were sitting <br />exposed to the elements; conditions which ranged from low (29°C) to high (103°C) <br />temperatures, wind, rain, etc. for unknown periods of time. Several containers were <br />cracked, deteriorated, and open allowing the contents to release onto each other, pallets <br />and the ground. Liquids had evaporated, turned to goo, solidified and/ or cracked. <br />Solids had melted, evaporated, and cracked. <br />• Throughout this area were pallets with hazardous materials that had been brought to <br />this location from 2000 Sanguinetti Lane. Items on these pallets were sitting exposed to <br />the elements in high heat for unknown periods of time. Most containers were cracked, <br />deteriorated, and open allowing the contents to release onto each other, pallets and the <br />ground. <br />• Due to limited space constraints, time, and safety items were itemized as <br />possible and include: <br />Pallet 1: Star Line Germicidal detergent and disinfectant 6/case, 19 cases <br />Pallets 2-6: Quick dry glass cleaner 6/case, 52 cases <br />Pallet 7: Quick dry glass cleaner 6/case, 15 cases <br />Unknown (label illegible or unlabeled) 12/case, 1 case <br />Car wash solution 1*5 gallon <br />Pallet 8: EZ1 Blue 1000 super dressing 12/case, 120 cases <br />Pallet 9: EZ1 Blue 1000 super dressing 12/case, 130 cases <br />Tire & molding dressing 12/case, 3 cases <br />Pallet 10: Formula 99 Degreaser 6/case 26 cases <br />Wheel cleaner 1 quart bottle <br />Germicidal Detergent & disinfectant 3*1 quart <br />Page 33 of 39 <br />
