Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)A/C 14 CCR§ 18462- Manifests for pickups done on 3/17/2016, 3/10/2016, 2/11/2016, 2/04/2016, <br /> 12/23/2015, 12/10/2015, 12/3/2015, 10/29/2015, 10/6/2015, and 10/1/2015 were not filled out completely. <br /> a.) Manifests shall be filled out completely and correctly before initialing. <br /> b.) Ensure that manifests are filled out completely and correctly before initialing. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) TPID certificate is posted in the office of the shop. <br /> 2.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Deserie Schaffer( Project Manager). <br /> 3.) Waste tires were counted directly. 8 waste tires were stored outside the shop and 103 waste tires were <br /> stored inside a bin on the southwest side of the property. <br /> 4.)The shop uses"Brannon Tires" (Fleet Tires Inc.)to haul their waste tires. The waste tires brought in by the <br /> city workers to the site are hauled by"San Joaquin Regional Conservation Corps". A waste tire receipt and <br /> removal recordkeeping sheet was given to the facility. Facility was instructed to keep track of the waste tires <br /> brought into the site by the city workers. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire receipts, logs, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this site. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to deserie.schaffer@stocktonca.gov. <br />
