I observed the staff that prepare food in the food preparation table and observed no improper food handling <br /> while on site.The hand washing station is fully stocked with single-use paper towels inside of the dispenser and soap inside of <br /> a dispenser as well.The water reached the minimum 10OF and sanitizer buckets were tested to be at 200 ppm QUAT.The <br /> staff at the preparation table contain gloves,so does the cashier operating the drive-thru window.The cashier is the only one <br /> operating the window, keeps the gloves on and the food is given to the customer by another staff member.Advised to all staff <br /> that hand washing shall occur after the removal of gloves, re-entering the kitchen after leaving and if they handle any non-food <br /> related item. <br /> Observed no violations at this time. <br /> Official inspection report discussed with Manager Sandra. <br /> Official inspection report emailed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the Califomia Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: <br /> EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337 <br /> FA0002462 000051837 SCO04 04/08/2020 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
