<br />Published by Articulate® Storyline 7 4/27/18 <br />1.7 Set-Up and Supplies - Front End <br /> <br />Notes: <br />Every stockroom must have the following in their Front End Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area: <br />• A metal rack with 6 grey bins (1 for each hazardous waste stream; 1 for chemical spill kit) <br />• Corresponding colored accumulation labels, one for each waste stream: brown, green, blue, yellow, and red. <br />• 2018 “What To Do” poster <br />• Eyewash station, mounted and accessible and with current date on the bottle and not expired <br />• Replacement eyewash stations can be ordered by your District Leader through the Real Estate Menu <br />• Replacement eyewash bottles are ordered through the distribution center <br />• Absorbent pads <br />• Accumulation bags (large, medium, and small) <br />• Non-conductive electrical tape for loose batteries <br />• Sharpie and pen <br />• 3” Front End hazardous waste binder <br />• Chemical Spill Kit containing Personal Protective Equipment or PPE <br />• Current Spill Contingency Plan filled in and visibly posted; And <br />• Current Emergency Contingency Plan or ECP in the hazardous waste binder, with page 5 contacts filled in and a copy of <br />page 5 posted by the phone nearest the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area. <br />
