Copies need to be visibly posted in the Store
Manager's office and stockroom near the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area.
• Two bio-hazard spill kits for cleaning up bio-hazardous spills must be available in the store at all times with one stored in
the Store Manager’s office and the other in the Pharmacy. Kits are ordered by the District Leader from the real estate
menu.
• When is a SPILL an emergency? Any spill that could contain hazardous waste inside or outside of the store is considered an
emergency. For example: An oil spill from a truck on the property, or floor cleaning materials spilled on the property.
• For any spill over one (1) gallon, immediately call the number in the red box on the current What To Do poster.
