This information was required to be submitted by February 9, 2014. This <br />information has not been completely received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. The missing <br />information includes a response to the following violations: <br />- CCR 66265.52 Contingency plan incomplete <br />- CCR 66266.130(c)(3) Failed to store used oil filters in a closed, rainproof container that is labeled "drained used oil <br />filters" and marked with the accumulation start date <br />- HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report <br />An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br />statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br />written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br />inspection report. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />407 <br />CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br />Two 55 gallon blue steel drums which previously held oil were observed in the back storage area without empty dates. <br />Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br />emptied and managed within one year of being emptied.
