EVERY FACILITY WITH PETROLEUM OR CHEMICAL STORAGE SHALL MAINTAIN AN EMERGENCY <br />SPILL RESPONSE PLAN. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE TRAINED IN, AND FAMILIAR WITH, THE <br />ESRP. ALL SPILLS MUST BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL <br />LAWS, AND THESE PROCEDURES. <br />Each facility must have a designated Emergency Coordinator and at least one Alternate.
