F.I.S. and S.M.S System <br />P.M. <br />Customer Service Coordinator <br />Responsibilities <br />• Create purchase orders <br />• Create repair orders <br />• Input technician times on repair orders <br />• Input parts on repair orders <br />• Add tasks to repair orders <br />• Close repair orders <br />• Approve repair orders if applicable <br />• Batch repair orders <br />• Keep RO's in system current <br />• Enter VCN's into FIS <br />• Approve daily payroll times <br />• Clear repair order rejections <br />• Update vehicle information in system <br />• Create and process warranty RO's from PO's <br />• Input scheduled tasks <br />• Print and review PM report <br />• identify units due PM <br />• Contact customers and schedule PM's <br />• Contact customer and schedule follow up work <br />• Communicate with rental on units due PM and schedule <br />• Recontact customers on no-shows <br />• Schedule campaigns <br />Customer Relations <br />• Handle incoming phone calls <br />• Receive incoming DVCR's from drivers and list on schedule board <br />• Negotiate with customers <br />• Follow-up with customer on follow up, road calfs, scheduled units, units not done on time <br />• Keep in Gose communication with customer at all times <br />• Fill out Service Cali Reports <br />• Handle road calls <br />• Keep home shop informed on ID units <br />• Make CSI calls to customers on completed trucks <br />• Handle customer problems/complaints <br />• Receive walk up customers <br />• Clarity service/repair needs with drivers <br />• Coordinate extra equipment to meet customers needs <br />• Handle paperwork for sub trucks <br />New Vehicles <br />• Complete delivery paperwork on new vehicles <br />• Generate VCN's <br />• Arrange vendors for new vehicles ( decals, etc. ) <br />• Arrange licensing and permits <br />• Create vehicle files <br />• Ensure readiness of new vehicles <br />
