This Endorsement certifies that the Policy to which the Endorsement is attached is attached provides <br />liability insurance covering the following underground storage tanks... <br />Name of Facility Address Number of Tanks <br />See Schedule On Rio With Company <br />for taking corrective action caused by accidental releases arising: from operating the underground storage <br />tanks identified above in accordance with and subject to ft limits of liability, exclusions, conditions and <br />other terms of the Policy. <br />The limits of liability are $1,000,000 for each occurrence and annual aggregate limits of $2,000,000, <br />exclusive of legal defense costs, which are subject to a separate firnit under the Policy. This coverage is <br />provided under Policy Number Z-35725. The effective date of said Policy is 10-01-99. <br />2.
