Name of Facility Address Number of Tanks See Schedule On File With Company for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from operating the underground storage tanks Identified above in accordance with and subject to the Limits of Liability, exclusions, condlions, and other terms of the Policy. The limits of liability are $1,000,000 for each occurrence and annual aggregate limits of $2,000,000, exclusive of legal defense costs, which are subject to a separate limit under the Policy. This coverage is provided under Policy Number Z-35725. The effective date of said Policy is 10-01-99. 2.
