r 3" & 4" ASSEMBLY Apply a uniform heavy coating to all flat, sanded sealing surfaces, the sanded end <br />V= C20HT of the Containment pipe and to the sanded radius of the fitting where the pipe <br />will fit. Carefully put the Containment fitting around the Containment pipe. Make <br />sure it is not cocked or crooked. Apply extra adhesive along each side of each pipe <br />leg when it is placed into the bottom half of the fitting, before putting the top half <br />in place. Tighten the nuts and bolts in steps to bring the mating surfaces together <br />evenly. Bring the nuts and bolts on the inside radius of the elbows and tees down <br />first before tightening completely the nuts and bolts on the outside straight flanges. <br />Do not attempt to move the Containment piping during or after curing of the <br />adhesive as it may cause leaks. <br />6" ASSEMBLY Apply a uniform thickness of at least 1/8 inch to all flat, sanded sealing surfaces, <br />WITH SC -10 the sanded end of the Containment pipe and to the sanded radius of the fitting <br />where the Containment pipe will fit. Assembly after application of the SC -10 is <br />the same as stated above for C2011T. <br />• <br />If the temperature is below 40°F, the Containment pipe and Containment fittings <br />should be warmed to at least 70°F prior to applying the warmed adhesive. <br />Number of two piece fittings that can be joined per adhesive kit <br />90's 45's Tees Conc.
