Will most our published specifications and will be free of defects <br />in materials and workmanship for three (3) years following date of <br />original delivery <br />from <br />...• Fiber -Trench. _ <br />2. _ manufactured _ -rr polyester corrosion resistant <br />3. Will not fail for a period of thirty (30) years from date of <br />original purchase due to external corrosion; and <br />4. Will not fail for a period of thirty (30) years due to internal <br />corrosion, provided the system is used solely for gasoline# <br />gasohol (90% gas and 10% ethanol mix), AV gas, jet fuel, kerosene, <br />diesel fuel,,or potable water at ambient undergkound temperatures. <br />Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to, at our option: <br />1. Repair of defective system section. <br />2. Delivery of replacement system section to the point of original <br />delivery. <br />We shall not be liable for any labor, other installation costs# <br />indirect or consequential damagest or environmental damages, costs or <br />clean-up expenses in connection with the trough system. <br />•1• <br />
