Quick Stop remove all residual fuel out of the <br />tanks two (2) weeks ago. <br />Item 2. Refinery Services of Patterson, Ca. will haul <br />and dispose of rinseate. <br />Item 3. Western Tank will haul and store the tanks <br />after they have been decontaminated. <br />Item 4. Western Tank will hold the tanks and a Tank <br />Tracking Form will be completed. <br />Item 5. See Attached. <br />Item 6. See Attached. <br />Item 7. Tanks will be steamed cleaned and remove all <br />residual product from the tanks and disposed <br />of. Dry ice will be added at the rate of <br />20 lbs. per 1,000 gallons. <br />Item 8. See Attached. <br />Item 9.
