HAMMER LANE Cross Street: <br />STOCKTON, CA 95209 <br />Memo: <br />Arrived at 2:30pm-Went inside to let site know I was here.Cashier didn't speak English,Wanted me to wait 1 <br />hr. for his boss to show up.After 30 mins I finally got him to call his boss and let me talk to him.Magt. said <br />go ahead. <br />At 330pm Insp. Kasey Foley [Health Dept.] showed up.I asked her what needed a retest,and she said the <br />Monitor.After 20 mins. of Kasey looking through her paperwork,she also said she had no results for the <br />L.L.D. so that also needed to be tested.I retest the monitor all passed. <br />L.L.D-I ran 87 3-4 times and the L.L.D. would not trip,or restrict the flow.I ran 89-pass.When I ran 91-3-4 <br />times -It also failed. <br />I installed new L.D. 87,91, and retest -Both passed. <br />Kasey asked me to REMOVE the drop tubes from all 3 tanks,[which I did], so she could see the flappers. <br />Then Kasey wanted me to fill the spill buckets with fuel to make sure they didnt leak,[which I did]. <br />Finally after all that Kasey asked me who gets the bill for her Overtime,the site or Triangle.I said, she needs <br />to ask her boss,not me. <br />Then I finally packed and left. <br />
