Hammer Lane, Stockton, Ca. <br />Your application for permit to install under -dispenser containment and sensor has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />I . Contact fire department for permit. <br />2. A soil sample is to be collected and analyzed as indicated in the attached minimum <br />verification laboratory analysis. Analytical result shall be submitted to <br />Environmental Health Division (EHD). <br />3. Submit sampler and laboratory information to EHD for approval prior to commencing <br />work and/or scheduling any inspection appointment. <br />4. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Soil sampling below each dispenser. <br />b. Pressure test on primary and secondary lines. <br />c. 24-hour lake test. <br />d. Final inspection. <br />5. All lines shall be precision -tested by a licensed tank tester. Result is to be submitted <br />to EHD prior to placing the tank system in service. <br />6. Submit As -Built plan to EHD prior to scheduling final inspection. <br />7. If automatic pump shutdown is provided it must satisfy all conditions listed in section <br />2636(g) of California Code of Regulation. <br />8. Any changes in information provided to EHD must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. <br />9.
