Report revised on 5-22-14. <br /> This inspection report supersedes the initial inspection report dated 2-27-14. <br /> 108. Three boxes of used gas dispensing hoses were left outside next to the mini mart. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for the three boxes of used gas dispensing hoses, and manage it according to Title <br /> 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br /> waste was managed by March 27, 2014. <br /> 202. On 3-7-14, disposal of used fuel hoses was documented on an American Valley Waste Oil, Inc. <br /> consolidated manifest with invoice #122401. Used fuel hoses are not on the list of approved wastes that <br /> can be documented on a consolidated manifest. Per HSC 25160.2(c) The consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure set forth in subdivision (b) may be used only for the following waste streams and in <br /> accordance with the conditions specified below for each waste stream: <br /> (1) Used oil and the contents of an oil/water separator, if the separator is a catch basin, clarifier, or <br /> similar collection device that is used to collect water containing residual amounts of one or more of the <br /> following: used oil, antifreeze, or other substances and contaminants associated with activities that <br /> generate used oil and antifreeze. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector.
