These con ainers have been disposed of pursuant to <br /> Title 22 (CCR). <br /> #12—The used absorbent in 55 gallori drum which was commingled with trash has <br /> been separated, also it will be manifested. In addition the puddle of oil that was <br /> found on the ground next to the used oil storage tank has been cleaned up. <br /> #20-30 gallon container used to coil ct solvent from parts washer, (1) 55 gallon <br /> container of sludge and (3) 55 gallon drums of waste anti freeze have been labeled <br /> with hazardous waste labels. We alsc have hazardous waste labels in stock for <br /> future use. The (1) 55 gallon drum with used oil has been correctly labeled as <br /> well. <br /> ##21—The containers in the maintenar ce shop used to collect oil from automotive <br /> parts now has a lid and is kept closed when not adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> #25—Generators manifest copies hav been mailed to the Department as <br /> requested. <br /> #88—All containers storing sludge on site have been manifested and removed. <br /> Attention fax operator - If you do not receive all pages of this fax or if this does not reach its intended <br /> destination, pl ase call,(209) 466-4725 <br />
