Sacramento St. <br />Lodi, California 95240-4799 <br />(209)333-3500 <br />February 8, 1995 <br />I have reviewed the Hazardous Waste Inspection Report prepared by you at Interlake Companies <br />Inc. on December 21, 1994. The Report was based on your visit on behalf of San Joaquin Public <br />Health Services -Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) on the same day. This letter will <br />serve as the requested certification statement. All violations have been corrected. Please note <br />the following: <br />• Effective immediately, Interlake Companies Inc. retains copies of manifest bill of lading <br />for spent lead acid batteries according to §66266.8 1 (a)(4)(B) CCR. <br />• Interlake Companies Inc.'s Contingency Plan has been updated to include personnel <br />changes according to §66265.52 CCR. As per your conversation with Aasha Venkat of <br />Chemical Data Management Systems (CDMS) on 2/7/95, copies of the Contingency Plan <br />Updates have not been enclosed. <br />Please note your past records will list the company as Lodi Fab Industries, Inc. a subsidiary of <br />Interlake, Inc. This document and any future documents will list the company under its present <br />name, Interlake Companies Inc.
