Sacramento St. Lodi, California 95240-4799 (209) 333-3500 March 4, 1994 On January 21, 1994, Interlake, Tnc. submitted a certification letter addressing 19 of the 22 violations noted on the Report of Violations and Schedule of Corrections sent to Interlake, Inc. on December 8, 1993. A copy of that letter has been enclosed for your reference." The Report received was based on a visit by San Joaquin Public Health Services -Environmental Health Division (PETS-EHD) on August 5, 1993. The remaining violations, 41, #16, and #22, have been addressed. The status of these corrections is as follows: Violation 41 - Interlake has had the appropriate samples taken and has reviewed the results. A copy of the results are attached. Violation #IFI A telephone has been installed in the hazardous waste storage area. This telephone is now operational. Violation 422 -Interlake has had the appropriate samples taken. and has reviewed the results. Based on the analysis completed, Interlake, Inc. has determined that this is not hazardous waste.
