Sacramento St. <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />On August 5, 1993, San Joaquin County Public Health Services -Environmental <br />Health Division (PHS-EHD) conducted an inspection at Interlake, Inc., located at <br />1029 S. Sacramento St. in Lodi, CA. <br />As a result of that inspection, several violations of the hazardous waste <br />regulations were identified. Specific violations and required corrective actions <br />are listed below. Failure to correct these violations within the scheduled period <br />will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />1 Section 66262.11 (b)(1), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: The generator had not determined if the waste entering the <br />"dump tank" was a hazardous waste. <br />2. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: In the fabrication area, one 5 gallon container labeled <br />"Hazardous Waste Gear Oil" had been stored on-site for more that 90 <br />days. <br />3. Section 66262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />In the fabrication area, one 5 gallon container labeled "Hazardous Waste <br />Gear Oil" was not labeled correctly. <br />4. Section 66262.34 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: In the fabrication area, a 5 gallon container storing an oily <br />waste did not have a label. <br />1 <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
