Section 66265.31, Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />Hanging on the side of a spray booth was a 5 gallon container collectin,,f& <br />paint over spray that was not maintained to minimize the possibty of a <br />sudden release. <br />16. Section 66265.32 (b), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: In the hazardous waste storage area, a device such as a <br />telephone or a hand-held, two-way radio, capable of summoning <br />emergency assistance from local police department, fire department or <br />state or local emergency response teams, was not available. <br />17. Section 66265.32 (c), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: The maintenance shop was not equipped with <br />decontamination equipment. <br />18. Section 66265.52 (f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />The contingency plan did not include an evacuation plan for personnel <br />where there is a possibility that evacuation could be necessary. <br />19. Article 10, Chapter 15, Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: At the end of the roller line, the below grade epoxy -lined <br />concrete tank was not in compliance with the above referenced article. <br />VIOLATION #1 Within 30 days of receipt of this report, test the waste entering the <br />"dump tank" according to the methods set forth in Article 3, <br />Chapter 11, Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations, <br />or according to equivalent method approved by the CAL -EPA <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to Section <br />66260.21, Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations. <br />K <br />
