Eye wash station was installed on Friday, June 24, 2005. See enclosed picture. <br />#19 Two (2) 55 -gallon drums — one (1) oily water and one (1) unknown, and multiple <br />buckets and paint waste located in yard are not labeled. <br />a. American Valley Waste Oil Inc. (800-732-4645) has removed the drums of oily <br />water and the one unknown. <br />b. The multiple buckets and paint waste have been disposed of by Shop Hazards <br />Solutions (800-746-7449). Manifests and photos enclosed. <br />#20 All hazardous waste containers that have no labels have been disposed of by Shop <br />Hazards Solutions. <br />#32 Used oil and gas filter drums lacked proper labeling. <br />a. Safety Kleen labeled the drums. Photo enclosed. <br />#90 Emergency information form not posted in a conspicuous place.
