E <br />Cl <br />In the event of a sudden loss of electrical power to the plant, the following shall occur: <br />1. Unless there is another related problem, such as a fire, remain at your designated <br />work area until directed by a Supervisor to do differently. <br />2. Usually employees are directed to wait in the lunch rooms until power is <br />restored or a decision is made concerning the status of the operations. <br />3. Use flashlights where available and if needed. <br />6. DO NOT use candies or other types of open flame or heat -producing devices <br />for illumination. <br />7. if any generators fail to work, personnel shall be assigned by the appropriaft <br />Supervisor to investigate the problem. <br />During some emergency situations, it may be necessary for some specifically assigned and <br />properly trained employees to remain in work areas long enough to perform critical <br />operations. These assignments are necessary to ensure proper emergency control. <br />The department Supervisor will train and assign those individuals involved in any <br />critical operations. <br />2. No person shall perform or be involved with emergency shutdown operations <br />unless trained and authorized to do so. <br />In the event of a major disaster or emergency incident, the following location(s) shall be <br />become the Emergency Operations Center for the facility: <br />Primary Bldg A Cup Supervisor's office <br />Secondary Bldg B Shipping Supervisors office <br />28 <br />
