In the interim, we are enclosing the Spill Prevention and <br /> Counter Measure Plan that was not received by your inspector on June 27, 2011. <br /> As you will note, this in fact addresses each of the issues raised in your APSA <br /> inspection report, specifically items numbered 6, and 18-26. <br /> This plan has been in effect since August 1, 2008, and it is not due to be re- <br /> inspected until 2013. With the enclosure of this material, we will take the position <br /> that the violations listed in the APSA have been corrected unless you advise <br /> otherwise. <br /> George S.
