One 5-gallon container of gasoline contaminated debris had an accumulation start date of 10-19-11, <br /> more than 180 days ago. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and <br /> do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest or take <br /> the waste to the County hazardous waste facility. The County hazardous waste facility takes limited <br /> amounts of business waste by appointment only. <br /> Submit a copy of the manifest or disposal receipt to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) by October 26, 2012. <br /> Notes <br /> 1. Complete the following by October 26, 2012 and send to the San Joaquin County EHD: <br /> a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br /> b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br /> c. Supporting documentation. <br /> 2.
