Disposal records for antifreeze, oil, flammable liquid and paint waste were reviewed <br /> today. <br /> Violations <br /> 804, 808, 809: Four universal waste fluorescent lamps were observed in the south shop area. One lamp <br /> was broken. Place these lamps in a closed container and label: "universal waste - lamps". Arrange <br /> recycling with a universal waste handler. Send a copy of the recycling receipt to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD), attention Garrett Backus.
