TCCI <br /> "SCOPE OF WORK" Town&Country <br /> Since 1962 <br /> CONTRACTORS, INC. <br /> Detailed Project Description <br /> for <br /> Installation of HEALY CLEAN AIR SEPERATOR <br /> As part of the CARB Vapor Recovery Advisory Number 359, Town & Country Contractors, Inc. will be <br /> performing the duties herein stated as part of the routine to comply with the installation and upgrade <br /> EVR II per the executive orders VR-201 and VR-202. <br /> Initially the Healy Clean Air Seperator tank will be installed on the site to meet the state requirements. <br /> Additionally, installation of the required hanging hardware; Healy 900 EVR Dripless nozzle, Healy 8701W <br /> Breakaway, coaxial hoses, hose accessories and Healy VP1000 Dispenser Mounted Vacuum Pump. The <br /> additional work will include the In Station Diagnostics (ISD) programmed for this site per the executive <br /> order. The dispensers will be equipped with new Veeder Root 332374 Vapor Flow Meter at each <br /> dispenser with the Veeder Root 331946-001 Pressure sensor installed at the closest dispenser to the <br /> UST's. <br /> A concrete pad will be initially laid in compliance with the California State Fire Marshall Code 06-124. <br /> Upon the survey established the CAS tank will be located a minimum of ten feet away from adjacent <br /> property lines, building or the public way of street or sidewalk. Vapor units are located more than 20' <br /> away from fueling dispensers. The CAS tank unit will not be placed under canopy, overhangs or other <br /> areas where vapors may become trapped. All manifold of vent pipes from the risers to the CAS tank will <br /> be a minimum of 8' above grade. A "No Smoking"/"Flammable Vapors" shall be provided at CAS tank <br /> location per NFPA guidelines. <br /> Bollards will be provided on all four corners on the concrete pad for protection on the GDF's access <br /> point in front of the CAS tank. <br /> If required, a fencing enclosure will be installed around the CAS tank extending a minimum of 18"above <br /> the highest part of the tank, and an 18"minimum clearance between the tank and the enclosure at the <br /> discretion of the city,state or county agency. <br /> A fire extinguisher shall be located within 15'to 20'from the CAS. <br /> Installation of Healy CAS will meet all California Fire Code Regulations. <br /> 3181hhLuyun�gpDrive,Suite A <br /> This site is equipped with new Dresser Wayne dispensers; no new dispensers will be instalteS.
